We know it’s been a while since our last update, but today we’ve got something big. HOLD is now part of Utrust! As one of the best cryptocurrency payment gateways in the world, processing payments for several worldwide renown merchants, this is big news indeed.

HOLD to UTK token swap
First of all, you might have heard the rumors already and it’s true! The HOLD token will be swapped to the UTK token. The implications of this are fantastic and we really think you’ll love it.
Already listed at Binance, Huobi, OKEx & many more
Utrust’s UTK token is already listed on all major exchanges. Regardless of what your exchange of choice may be, trading it will be a breeze! Most recently, UTK was even listed on Binance.
UTK has a very positive price history
During the bull market in 2017, UTK reached an all-time-high of $1.18. That’s a whopping 34x from it’s pre-sale price in the same year. Earlier this year, at it’s deepest point, UTK traded for less than 1 cent, while now trading at 12–15 cents. During the Binance launch it even reached 30 cents!
Utrust is constantly pushing innovation and new partners, so it’s no surprise that people are happy to buy into the Utrust ecosystem of which HOLD is now part! 👏
Swap ratio (HOLD to UTK)
Utrust is committed to welcome the HOLD community on-board. To build a strong joint community, existing HOLD token holders can swap their HOLD for UTK at a 100:1 ratio. That means that for every 100 HOLD you currently own, you will receive 1 UTK!
All tokens previously held by the HOLD team and its advisors will be burned.
New home for the HOLD community
For the next weeks, both the HOLD and the Utrust chat will be open to make the transition as seamless as possible. After this period, the community will be fully migrated and the HOLD Telegram will be permanently closed.

Meanwhile, HOLD’s product team will work with Utrust ensuring consistency and a fast development pace to guarantee that we keep bringing the know-how of a user-facing exchange platform (= HOLD) into the existing Utrust ecosystem with new features associated with the Utrust token and payments technology. It opens a world of possibilities.
How to claim your UTK & stake
Now to the juicy part! Getting your HOLD exchanged for UTK tokens couldn’t be easier. In the coming weeks, there will be a new version of the HOLD app (HOLD, Powered by Utrust). You will also have the ability to deposit your HOLD directly into the app, the same way you could in the past.
Once deposited, these HOLD tokens will actually be destroyed and you will be credited UTK instead. These are available immediately and you can withdraw or exchange, as you wish.
